Baking Instructions
Follow these simple steps to properly defrost, handle, and bake your pizza crusts for optimal quality and performance. Adhering to these guidelines will ensure consistent texture, even cooking, and the best possible finished product every time.

Remove case from the freezer and place under refrigeration for 24 hours. If you need the product defrosted sooner you can defrost at ambient temperature.

Should you not want to defrost the entire case, you can separate the product by inserting a separation device (knife, spatula, etc) between the crust and separate the desired amount using the wax paper dividers and return the remaining case to the freezer or refrigerator. Dropping the case on the counter will also allow you to separate at the wax paper.

Separate individual crust from the stack and place it on a dusted pizza peel or a pizza screen depending on your oven type.

Lightly sauce the crust all the way to the edge to avoid burning and to achieve that perfect thin crust look. See the table for recommended topping amounts.

Add a light coating of shredded mozzarella or topping of your choice. See the table for recommended topping amounts.

Transfer pizza to the oven and bake according to our recommended instructions.
